Unbelievable flavor! Possibly one of our favorite cuts of all time. Known for a deep, rich, beefy flavor especially when dry aged. Best when marinated before grilling; always cut against the grain when slicing. Approximately only 2 lbs of skirt steak are produced per animal. Cut originates from the Plate section.

Average weight is 1.5lb.
