Sirloin Tip Steak

An affordable lean steak, the Sirloin Tip Steak comes from the rump and hind legs.  Located next to the Top Sirloin and Tri-Tip this cut is great for oven roasting, slow cooking, or pan searing.  This is a great cut also to use for making Kabobs, Stew Meat, or Cubed Steak.  The sirloin tip can also be known as the Knuckle.
