Some consider this King of all beef cuts.  The Porterhouse consists of two tender cuts, the top loin Strip or NY strip and Tenderloin steaks connected by a telltale T-shaped bone.  Looks similar to the T-Bone and has a larger tenderloin side.  Cut originates from the Loin section.
