Ingredients for this recipe:
1 pound ground beef
10 ounces frozen cubed butternut squash, thawed
1-2 cups leaf spinach
1 medium yellow onion, chopped
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Chop onion and cook with the ground beef in a lightly oiled pan. Once beef is browned, add the butternut squash and seasonings. Cook until squash is tender. Fold the spinach into the ground beef, stirring until it is cooked.
