Delmonico Steak

Known for it's rich, beefy flavor, the Chuck Eye Steak is a Chuck primal cut.  This cut is also known as the Delmonico.  A tender and savory cut great for the grill, pan searing, or slow-cooking, the Delmonic is a low cost alternative to a ribeye since it is a boneless Chuck Filet steak.

Average weight 8-12 oz.
