Ribeye

Our all Natural steaks are dry-aged, high choice, and prime. 

Rich, tender, and juicy cut served bone in or bone out. The excellent marbling in this cut makes it loaded with flavor and helps it remain tender during cooking.  America's top grilling steak will not disappoint! Cut originates from the Rib section.

The grass-fed ribeye is a leaner cut and must be cooked at lower temperatures for a longer length of time.  

Average weight 14-18oz.
