We have just discovered our most favorite way to make breakfast burritos. Unbelievable flavor that is difficult to describe.  A juicy and tender cut that can be grilled like a steak or prepared like a roast.  Originating from the West Coast, this cut is gaining popularity and is easily recognized by its triangle shape.  Only two Tri-Tips produced per animal.  This cut originates from the Loin section.  

Average weight 2.5-3.5 lb.
