Short Ribs

Grain-finished Short Ribs.

Also referred to as plate ribs or Dino ribs.  These are either 3 or 4 bone ribs and can be cut a variety of different ways.  Usually prepared on the smoker for 4-6 hours but can also be cooked in the oven, crock pot or grilled boneless low and slow.
