Soup Bones

Very popular in soups and broths.  Great comfort food also known as the Shank Cross Cut, Soup Bones are very tender when boiled or left to simmer in a stew or soup.  A wonderfully flavored cut that often gets overlooked.  This cut originates from the Shank section.
